01 · The shell we were given
The counter is the shop, so the counter was drawn first.
A sweet shop is a queue with a display attached. The counter run, the tasting point and the billing position were set as one sequence, then the storage and replenishment route was drawn behind it so stock never crosses the customer.
Colour and material were chosen to carry the brand and to make the product the brightest thing in the room. Seating and standing room were sized to the peak festival crowd, not the average weekday.
